教育訓練 Education Training       一、新進人員職業安全衛生教育訓練 Occupational Safety and Health Courses for New Workers   （一）職業安全衛生教育訓練課程（線上數位課程2小時、實體訓練課程1小時，總共3小時），線上數位課程上課路徑（以下擇一）以及紀錄表填寫方式（即實體訓練課程），請參照「職業安全衛生教育訓練紀錄填寫說明」辦理。   1. 請從「本校校務行政資訊入口網/人事相關系統/線上教育訓練系統」登入   2. 勞動部職業安全衛生署職業安全衛生數位學習平台   （二）「職業安全衛生教育訓練紀錄表」經聘用單位主管簽章後，正本請自行妥善保存（爾後3年內續聘時，請隨聘任申請書一併繳交影本），提供影本送至環境安全衛生中心駐衛警察隊校園安全監控室（和平校區Ⅰ樂智樓1樓，分機3146）留存查驗。 ‧ 職業安全衛生教育訓練紀錄填寫說明 ‧ 職業安全衛生教育訓練紀錄表（空白表單）       Ⅰ. About occupational safety and health education training (2 hours for online training courses, 1 hour for physical education), please follow the "Guidelines on the Execution of Online Training Courses and Filling out the Occupational Safety and Health Education Training Record Form" to finish the courses.   ⅰ. Online Occupational Safety and Health Digital Learning Platform, OSHA   Ⅱ.
