  一、新進人員職業安全衛生教育訓練 Occupational Safety and Health Courses
 
（一）職業安全衛生教育訓練課程（線上數位課程2小時、實體1小時，總共3小時），線上數位課程上課路徑以及紀錄表填寫方式，請依「職業安全衛生教育訓練紀錄填寫說明」辦理。
（二）「職業安全衛生教育訓練紀錄表」經聘用單位主管簽章後，正本請自行妥善保存（爾後3年內續聘時，請隨聘任申請書一併繳交影本），提供影本送至環境安全衛生中心駐衛警察隊校園安全監控室（和平校區Ⅰ樂智樓1樓，分機3146）留存查驗。

ⅰ. About occupational safety and health education training (2 hours for online training courses, 1 hour for physical education), please follow the "Guidelines on the Execution of Online Training Courses and Filling out the Occupational Safety and Health Education Training Record Form" to finish the courses.
ⅱ. After the "Occupational Safety and Health Education Training Record Form (blank form)" is signed by the Principal Investigator (employer) and Head of Department, please keep the original copy properly (submit a copy with the application form when RENEWAL OF EMPLOYMENT within 3 years), and send the copy to the Campus Security Monitoring Room (1st Floor, Union Building Ⅱ, extension 3146).

  二、實驗（習）場所人員安全衛生教育訓練 Laboratory Safety and Hygiene Courses
  All experimental workers should complete the courses, such as "Chemical Hazards and Personal Protective Equipments" and "Prevention of Occupational Accidents." (Services are available for students and faculty off campus, but only through VPN.)
